    航空铝合金薄壁件缺陷数字射线成像检测的工艺参数分析

    Process parameter analysis of digital radiographic testing of defects in aerospace aluminum alloy thin-walled component

    • 摘要: 铝合金薄壁件作为航空飞机的重要组成构件,在制造过程中常会出现各种类型的缺陷,这些缺陷是造成铝合金件失效的重要原因。数字射线成像(Digital radiography,DR)技术是保障构件安全服役的重要检测手段。为探究航空铝合金构件DR成像工艺,通过调整不同的管电压和管电流组合参数进行大量试验,分析帧平均数、管电流和管电压对缺陷图像的影响规律,总结了缺陷图像空间分辨率、信噪比和对比度随管电压和管电流的变化趋势,得出了铝合金薄壁件的最佳检测工艺参数。结论对铝合金数字射线图像的曝光曲线制作和最佳工艺参数选取具有一定参考意义。

       

      Abstract: Aluminum alloy thin-walled parts acted as an important component of the aircraft. During the manufacturing process, various types of defects are easily generated. These defects are the main cause of the component failure. Digital Radiography (DR) is an important nondestructive testing technique to ensure the safety of the component. This work investigated the testing process parameters of DR testing. Through adjusting the voltage and current amplitude, the influence of the frame average, voltage and current on quality of the DR defect image was analyzed. From this, the relationship between the image quality (spatial resolution, signal-to-noise ratio and contrast) and the testing parameters (voltage and current) was summarized. Corresponding optimized parameters of DR testing were given. The results provided the guidance on making exposure curve and best parameter selection of DR testing.
