Limited angle CT detection of debonding defects in solid rocket motors

摘要: CT检测是检测固体火箭发动机脱黏缺陷的重要手段。阐述了一种固体火箭发动机脱黏缺陷的有限角CT检测技术,使用面阵探测器和高精度直线运动的加速器对固定状态下发动机的局部脱黏缺陷进行有限角CT扫描成像,并通过试验验证了该技术的可行性和实用性。试验结果表明,局部CT技术对平行于射线源方向的脱黏、分层型缺陷较为敏感,最小可检出厚度为0.4 mm的脱黏缺陷,但对垂直于射线源方向的裂纹型缺陷以及孔洞型缺陷的检测结果不理想。Abstract: CT detection is an important method to find the common defects of interlaminar debonding in large solid rocket motor. A finite angle CT technique for detecting debonding defects of solid rocket motor was described, the feasibility and practicability of the technique were verified by the finite angle CT scanning of the local debonding defect of the engine in the fixed state with the panel array detector and the high-precision linear motion accelerator. The test results showed that the local CT technique was more sensitive to the desticking and delamination defects parallel to the ray source direction, and could detect the desticking defects with a minimum thickness of 0.4 mm, but the detection results of the crack and cavity defects perpendicular to the ray source direction are not ideal.
