    插套焊轴向间隙的相控阵超声测量试验

    Ultrasonic phased array measurement test of axial gap for socket welding

    • 摘要: 针对小径管插套焊轴向间隙缺少无损定量评价的检测难点,在优选典型插套焊组对类型的基础上,采用CIVA仿真平台对探头频率及轴向间隙声场响应进行了仿真优化,针对性设计了校准用试块及专用扫查工装,继而开发了插套焊轴向间隙相控阵超声测量工艺,并在模拟试块上进行了工艺验证。结果表明,设计开发的插套焊轴向间隙相控阵超声测量工艺仿真结果与模拟试块实测结果偏差几乎一致,1~3 mm轴向间隙测量最大误差率为3%,可用于轴向间隙的定量评价。

       

      Abstract: It is difficulty of nondestructive quantitative evaluation of axial gap in small-diameter pipe socket welding. On the basis of selecting typical socket welding pairs, the CIVA simulation platform was used to simulate and optimize the frequency and axial gap acoustic field response of the probe. Calibration test blocks and specialized scanning fixtures were designed, followed by the development of a phased array ultrasonic measurement process of axial gap for socket welding, and process validation was conducted on simulated test blocks. The results showed that the simulation results of the designed and developed phased array ultrasonic measurement process of axial gap for socket welding were almost consistent with the measured results of the simulated test block. The maximum error rate of 1~3 mm axial clearance measurement was 3% and the process could be used for quantitative evaluation of axial gap.
