    凝汽器传热管近管口区域的表面阵列涡流检测

    Surface array eddy current testing of condenser heat transfer tube near the tube mouth area

    • 摘要: 采用Bobbin探头进行凝汽器传热管涡流检测时存在近管口区域盲区问题,因此在役检查阶段往往需要对近管口区域进行目视检测,但对发现的表面开口缺陷难以进行深度定量。为此,开展了凝汽器传热管近管口区域表面阵列涡流检测试验分析。试验结果表明,通过定制工装,探头能与被检面紧密贴合从而获得较好的检测稳定性;该技术至少能够检出深度为0.10 mm、宽度为0.13 mm的表面开口缺陷,且可通过“幅值-伤深”法给出深度当量。结果可为后续的缺陷评估和处理提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: When using a Bobbin probe for eddy current testing of condenser heat transfer tubes, there is a blind spot problem in the near pipe area. Therefore, visual inspection of the near pipe area is often required during the in-service inspection stage. However, it is difficult to quantify the depth of surface opening defects found. Therefore, a surface array eddy current testing experiment was conducted on the near pipe area of condenser heat transfer tubes. The experiment showed that by customizing the fixture, the probe could be closely attached to the inspected surface to obtain good detection stability. This technology could detect surface opening defects with a depth of at least 0.1 mm and a width of 0.13 mm, and the depth equivalent could be given through the "amplitude-damage depth" method, which provided a reference for subsequent defect evaluation and treatment.
