    相控阵超声技术在埋弧焊X形坡口检测中的应用

    Application of phased array ultrasonic technology in submerged arc welding X-groove detection

    • 摘要: 长输管道的埋弧焊焊接常采用X形坡口,单面单侧坡口角度为20°~30°,全自动超声检测(AUT)方式不适用,故常采用数字射线与手动超声方式进行无损检测。采用CIVA仿真软件研究X形坡口相控阵超声检测的可行性,制定合理的检测工艺,并设计加工预埋缺陷的工程试块。再通过对预埋缺陷的检出,验证工艺方案的可靠性。同时,设计加工了预制缺陷的对接环焊缝,对比分析了相控阵超声检测和数字射线检测的缺陷检出能力,验证了相控阵超声检测技术在埋弧焊X形坡口检测中的应用可靠性,为今后相控阵超声检测技术的应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The submerged arc welding of long-distance pipeline often adopts X-type groove, and the angle of single-side and single-side groove is 20°~30°. Automatic ultrasonic testing (AUT) method is not applicable, digital ray and manual ultrasonic method are often used for nondestructive testing.CIVA simulation software was used to study the feasibility of phased array ultrasonic testing of X-groove, formulate a reasonable detection technology, and design and process engineering test blocks with embedded defects.The reliability of the process scheme was verified by detecting the embedded defects.At the same time, the butt girth weld with prefabricated defects was designed and processed, and the flaw detection ability of phased array ultrasonic testing and digital ray testing was compared and analyzed, and the reliability of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in the nondestructive testing of submerged arc welding X-groove was verified.It provided a reference for the application of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in the future.
