    不同回弹标准在云南高速公路C50T梁上的试验

    Experiments of different rebound detection standards on C50T beam of Yunnan highway

    • 摘要: 针对高速公路C50T梁的回弹检测,通过JGJ/T23及相关标准的选择分析比较,采用不同回弹仪、不同标准对云南省某高速公路T梁混凝土现场工程进行验证和试验,得出以下结论:选择不同的回弹检测标准,会对C50T梁混凝土检测结果产生较大影响(强度推定差值15 MPa以上);回弹仪在规定测试范围内时,差异更多来自于曲线的选择;建议现场对JGJ/T23、JGJ/T294以及当地的地方标准进行试验验证比较,有必要时建立专用曲线,以提高回弹法检测现场混凝土强度的准确性。

       

      Abstract: In view of rebound detection of C50T beam on highway, through the selection and analysis of JGJ/T23 and related standards, different resilience instruments and different standards were used to verify and test the concrete field engineering of a highway T-beam in Yunnan province, and the following conclusions were drawn: The selection of different resilience testing standards had a great impact on the test results of C50T beam concrete (the presumed strength difference is more than 15 MPa); The rebound instrument was within the specified test range, and the difference was more from the choice of curves; It was suggested that JGJ/T23, JGJ/T294 and local standards should be tested and compared on site, and special curves should be established if necessary, so as to improve the accuracy of in-situ concrete strength detection by rebound method.
