    厚壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝TRL面阵探头全聚焦成像检测的仿真与分析

    Simulation and analysis of TRL area array probe full focus imaging detection for thick-walled austenitic stainless steel welds

    • 摘要: 针对奥氏体焊缝超声检测缺陷检出和精确定量、定位难度大等问题,利用CIVA 仿真平台,建立了厚壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝模型,并基于TRL面阵探头,对厚壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝全聚焦检测成像模式进行了仿真与分析。结果表明,采用TRL面阵探头对厚壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝进行全聚焦成像检测,可有效检出焊缝中的气孔、裂纹、侧壁未熔合等缺陷,且对于不同类型的缺陷,采用不同的成像模式可提高其定位与定量精度,为厚壁奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的全聚焦成像检测工艺的制定提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: To address issues related to defect detection, accurate quantification, and positioning in ultrasonic detection of austenitic welds, this paper utilized the CIVA software platform to create a model of thick-walled austenitic stainless steel welds. The imaging modes of thick-walled austenitic stainless steel welds using TRL area array probes were simulated and analyzed. The results indicated that TRL area array probes could effectively identify defects such as porosity, cracks, and sidewall non-fusion in the welds. By utilizing different imaging modes for various types of defects, the accuracy of positioning and quantification could be enhanced, offering valuable insights for developing a comprehensive total focusing imaging detection process for thick-walled austenitic stainless steel welds.
