    基于压电阻抗技术的工字形钢梁局部损伤识别方法

    Local damage detection method of I-shaped steel beams based on piezoelectric impedance technique

    • 摘要: 采用压电阻抗技术对工字形钢梁进行检测时,压电阻抗信号会受到损伤位置和损伤程度的耦合影响,针对此问题提出了一种基于有效特征频段选取的结构损伤定位和定量解耦分析方法。以工字形钢梁为研究对象,开展了基于多物理场有限元仿真的工字形钢梁局部裂缝识别,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,所提出的方法对于裂缝的定位和定量误差分别小于3%和5%。

       

      Abstract: The piezoelectric impedance signals are influenced by the coupling effects of damage locations and local damage severities. This study presented an effective frequency range-based decoupling analysis method for damage localization and local damage severity estimation. Multi-physics finite element simulations and experimental validations were conducted on an I-shaped steel beam for crack detection. The damage localization and local damage severity estimation errors were less than 3% and 5%, respectively.
