    An automated phased array detection device for pipe ends

    • 摘要: 传统焊管管端缺陷检测具有时效性差、准确性受人为经验影响大、误差随机性大等问题。为此,提出一套管端自动化相控阵超声检测设备并介绍了该设备的结构、适用范围和操作流程。其结构特点与性能指标表明该设备能满足焊管管端检测需求,具有检测精度高、检测效率高、快速定位缺陷、检测图谱显示界面直观等优势,可以快速、高效、自动地对管端进行缺陷检测,具有广阔的市场前景和应用潜力。

       

      Abstract: Traditional detection of welded steel pipe ends has some problems, such as poor timeliness, accuracy influenced by human experience, and randomness of errors. Therefore, an automated phased array ultrasonic detection equipment was proposed and the structure, application scope and operation process of this equipment were introduced. This automated phased array detection equipment could satisfy the needs of welded pipe end detection performance index, had many advantages such as high-accuracy, high-efficiency, fast-localization, and intuitive defects detection display interface. It could quickly, efficiently, automatically detect defects for the pipe ends and had broad market prospects and application potential.
