    渗透与磁粉检测在高压气井完井管柱油管失效分析中的应用

    Application of PT and MT in failure analysis on oil tubing in completion well string at one HPHT gas well

    • 摘要: 对某高压(HPHT)天然气井完井管柱失效事故进行了调查,逐根油管进行了外观检查和分析后,掌握了油管腐蚀及裂纹情况。对不同井深位置的油管抽样进行了渗透检测和磁粉检测,分析了油管外壁裂纹分布规律及受力状态。通过对油管裂纹取样的微观分析,证实油管裂纹属于应力腐蚀裂纹和腐蚀疲劳裂纹。分析了油管裂纹的产生原因,并提出了预防油管失效的建议。

       

      Abstract: The failure accident of tubing in a completion well tubing string for one HPHT natural gas well was investigated. the oil tubing corrosion and damage morphology can be obtained by appearance inspection and analysis of each oil tubing. The crack distribution rules on the outer wall of the oil tubing and the load born on the complement well tubing string were analyzed by PT and MT for oil tubing from different well depth. It was confirmed that oil tubing cracks were stress corrosion crack and corrosion fatigue crack by micro analysis on sampled crack of oil tubing. The causes of crack on oil tubing outer wall was analyzed and some suggestions for oil tubing to be prevented from failure were also proposed.
