    450 kV工业探伤装置X射线曝光室辐射屏蔽计算

    Calculation of radiation shielding for X-ray exposure chamber of 450 kV industrial flaw detection device

    • 摘要: 以450 kV工业探伤装置X射线曝光室屏蔽设计为例,补充《工业X射线探伤室辐射屏蔽规范》中400~500 kV区间内的计算参数,引入《医用外照射源的辐射防护》宽束X射线通过混凝土层的减弱曲线图,引入《辐射防护手册第一分册》中500 kV的X射线在铅和混凝土中值层、半值层厚度参数,计算在满负荷工况下有用线束屏蔽、泄漏辐射屏蔽、散射辐射屏蔽混凝土墙体及铅板大门屏蔽所需的防护厚度;然后综合以上计算,得出各方向所需屏蔽厚度。同时指出,考虑现场施工条件,混凝土厚度在此基础上应适当加大,以满足现场施工要求。

       

      Abstract: The shielding design of the X-ray exposure chamber of 450 kV industrial flaw detection device was analyzed as an example, the calculation parameters in the 400-500 kV range of The Code for Radiation Shielding of Industrial X-ray Detection Chamber were supplemented, wide-beam X-ray through the attenuation curve of concrete layer in Radiation Protection of Medical External Sources was introduced, and the 500 kV X-ray thickness parameters of what-value layer and half-value layer in lead and concrete in Radiation Protection Manual, Volume 1 was introduced, the shielding thickness considering useful wiring harness shielding, leakage radiation shielding, scattering radiation shielding concrete wall and lead gate shielding was calculated under full load condition. Based on the above calculation, the shielding thickness statistics required in each direction was obtained. Considering the site construction conditions, the concrete thickness should be appropriately increased on this basis to meet the requirements of the site construction.
