    基于超声导波技术的U型钢筋锈蚀监测

    Rust monitoring of U-shaped reinforcement based on ultrasonic guided wave technology

    • 摘要: 钢筋锈蚀会引起结构破坏甚至失效,造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡。钢筋处于混凝土结构内部,传统的监测方法难以快速、全面、准确地判断钢筋的锈蚀情况。超声导波监测由于具有传播距离远、信息敏感性高的特点,适用于长距离区间内微小结构损伤监测以及多层复合结构的损伤识别。但应用在建筑结构检测领域时容易受到环境干扰。基于超声导波技术,设计了U型钢筋表面黏贴式超声监测结构,提高了监测信号强度,开发了能有效避免外部环境干扰的防水封装。试验结果表明,随着钢筋锈蚀程度的变化,超声导波声速发生改变,接收信号的幅值、耗时均发生明显变化,测试系统能够准确判断出钢筋锈蚀程度。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion of steel bars can cause structural damage or even failure, resulting in huge economic losses and casualties. The steel bars are located inside the concrete structure, and traditional monitoring methods are difficult to quickly, comprehensively, and accurately determine the corrosion of the steel bars. Ultrasonic guided wave monitoring technology, due to its long propagation distance and high information sensitivity, is suitable for monitoring small structural damage over long distances and identifying damage in multi-layer composite structures. However, when applied in the field of building structure detection, it is prone to environmental interference. In this paper, based on ultrasonic guided wave technology, a surface adhesive ultrasonic monitoring structure was designed for U-shaped steel bars, which improved the monitoring signal strength and a waterproof packaging was developed that could effectively avoid external environmental interference. After experimental testing, it was found that as the degree of steel corrosion changed, the velocity of ultrasonic guided waves changed. The amplitude and time consumption of the received signals were significantly changed, and the testing system can accurately determine the degree of steel bar corrosion.
