    数字射线技术用于玻璃钢管缺陷检测的可行性分析

    Feasibility analysis for application of digital radiography in defect detection of fiberglass pipe

    • 摘要: 数字射线作为一种较为有效的无损检测手段,目前广泛用于各个行业。为了验证数字射线在玻璃钢管道缺陷识别中的适用性,在玻璃钢管试样上预制了5种类型的缺陷,包括槽型缺陷、孔型缺陷、螺纹缺陷、密封圈缺陷和外力载荷破坏缺陷,并进行了数字射线识别。试验结果表明,数字射线检测技术对于玻璃钢材料具有较高的灵敏度和分辨率,可以有效检测出玻璃钢管内部存在的平底孔、刻槽、模拟裂纹等缺陷,以及接头螺纹损伤、内部密封胶圈质量状况,后续有望推广应用至玻璃钢管道现场检测中。

       

      Abstract: Digital radiography, as a relatively effective nondestructive testing method, is widely used in various industries. To verify the applicability of digital radiography in defect identification of FRP pipes, five types of defects were prefabricated on FRP pipe specimens, including groove defects, hole defects, thread defects, sealing ring defects and external force load damage defects, and digital radiography identification was performed. The test results showed that digital radiography testing technology had high sensitivity and resolution for FRP materials, and could effectively detect defects such as flat-bottomed holes, grooves, simulated cracks inside FRP pipes, as well as thread damage at joints and the quality condition of internal sealing rings. It was expected to be further applied to on-site inspection of FRP pipelines in the future.
