    高通过性油气管道的变径检测清管器

    Pipe cleaner for reducing diameter inspection of oil and gas pipelines with high permeability

    • 摘要: 管道变径是管道失效的重要原因,会给石油、天然气等能源物质的输送安全带来巨大隐患。若通径、智能检测器的变径通过能力不足,对工况复杂的在役管道实施内检测时则存在巨大的卡堵风险。传统的机械式、聚氨酯泡沫清管器不具备管道变径的定位和检出能力。针对复杂工况油气管道高通过性变径检测的实际需求,以传统的聚氨酯泡沫清管器为载体,设计开发了泡沫变径检测器的机械结构、阵列传感、数据转接、数据采集存储及导出电子系统,搭建了三轴滑动试验平台,对模拟管道变径的试件进行了非接触式动态扫查。试验结果表明,开发的泡沫变径清管器具备40%管道外径的变径通过能力,同时可检出最小1.8%管道外径的管道变径缺陷。

       

      Abstract: Pipeline reducer is an important cause of failure, which brings huge hidden danger to the oil, gas and other energy substances transport safety. If calipers and intelligent pipeline inspection gauges have insufficient capacity to pass through the reducer, there is a huge risk of jamming when internal inspection of in-service pipelines with complex working conditions is carried out. Tradition mechanical, polyurethane foam pipe cleaners do not have the ability to locate and detect pipeline reducers. In view of the actual needs of high throughput diameter detection of oil and gas pipelines in complex working conditions, the traditional polyurethane foam pipe cleaner was used as a carrier, and the mechanical structure, array sensing, data transfer, data acquisition, storage and export electronic system of the foam diameter detector was designed and developed, and a three-axis sliding experimental platform was constructed, and a non-contact dynamic sweep was carried out for the specimen simulating pipeline diameter change. The results showed that the developed foam reducer pipe cleaner had a 40% diameter of pipe reducer passing capability, and at the same time could detect pipe reducer defects of at least 1.8% diameter of pipe.
