    基于直接视图的自适应多模式全聚焦成像方法

    • 摘要: 相控阵全聚焦成像技术是无损检测领域的前沿技术,其中复合模式全聚焦技术更是目前研究的重点,这类检测技术能够把不同角度的缺陷信息融合到一张全聚焦图像中,显著提高对未知缺陷的重建能力,但随着融合模式数的增加,会不可避免地引入噪声和结构性伪影,严重影响检测结果评定。针对复合模式全聚焦的成像中叠加的噪声和伪影的干扰,提出了一种基于全聚焦的多模式自适应区域融合方法,利用TT直接模式下的全聚焦成像视图中的缺陷物理信息,准确定位到缺陷位置,进行针对性区域融合。试验结果表明,自适应区域融合方法在保证成像精度的前提下,有效滤除了结构性伪影的干扰,平均可提高对比度噪声比约34.06%。

       

      Abstract: Phased array full-focus imaging is a cutting-edge technology in the field of nondestructive testing, and the composite mode full-focus technology is currently the focus of research. This detection technology can integrate defect information from different angles into a single full-focus image, significantly improving the reconstruction ability for unknown defects. However, as the number of fusion modes increases, noise and structural artifacts are inevitably introduced, seriously affecting the evaluation of detection results.To address the interference of superimposed noise and artifacts in composite mode full-focus imaging, this paper proposed a full-focus multi-mode adaptive regional fusion method that utilized the physical information of TT mode direct views to accurately locate defect positions and perform targeted regional fusion. Experimental results showed that the adaptive regional fusion method effectively filtered out the interference of structural artifacts while ensuring imaging accuracy, with an average improvement of contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) by approximately 34.06%.
