    基于PSO算法的储罐底板声发射源定位方法

    Localization method of acoustic emission sources in tank bottom plates based on PSO algorithm

    • 摘要: 摘要 传统声发射源定位方法依赖固定波速,从而定位精度受到限制。提出了一种基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法的声发射源定位方法,与AEwin定位软件的计算结果对比,PSO算法有效地突破了固定波速的局限性,将储罐底板声发射源定位的平均精度提高了7.4%,并揭示了声波在液体中传播速度的可变性,为声发射源定位技术的发展提供了新的理论支持和实践指导。

       

      Abstract: Abstract In the traditional acoustic emission source localization method, the reliance on fixed wave velocity leads to limited localization accuracy. In this study, an acoustic emission source localization method based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was proposed, compared with the calculation results of AEwin localization software, which effectively broken through the limitation of fixed wave velocity and improved the average accuracy of acoustic emission source localization by 7.4%, and the variability of propagation speed of acoustic waves in liquids was revealed, which provided new theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of acoustic emission source localization technology.
