    核级管道焊缝数字射线成像几何参数优化

    Optimization of geometric parameters for digital radiograph of nuclear pipe welds

    • 摘要: 摘要 几何参数是影响射线检测图像质量的重要因素,目前国内外数字射线检测相关标准对于管道环焊缝的成像几何参数均直接参照胶片照相法标准,存在较大误差。基于RCC-M规范要求、几何不清晰度和横向裂纹检出角理论,分析胶片照相法与数字射线成像技术的透照工艺区别,探讨核级管道焊缝数字射线检测成像几何参数控制,建立几何不清晰度-成像几何参数关系模型,制定管道环焊缝数字射线检测透照次数图。

       

      Abstract: Abstract Geometric parameters is an important factor affecting the quality of the radiographic image, the current domestic and foreign standards for digital radiographic inspection of pipeline ring weld transmittance geometry are directly referenced to the film photographic method standards, there are large errors. In this paper, based on the requirements of the RCC-M specification and the theory of geometrical unsharpness, we studied the difference between the film photographic method and the DR technology in the test arrangements, discussed the control of the geometric parameters of DR technology of nuclear-grade pipeline welds, established the geometrical unsharpness-Geometric parameters model, and formulated the number of times of transmittance of digital radiographic transmittance of pipeline circumferential weld.
