    氦检漏在发电机定子冷却水系统检测中的应用

    Application of helium leak detection in the detection of generator stator cooling water system

    • 摘要: 核电厂发电机正常运行时充有氢气,其漏氢量(率)是汽轮发电机组运行的主要技术指标之一,也是发电机安全性评价的一个重要指标。为防止泄漏造成的含氧量超标或漏氢等事故的发生,保证发电机定子绕组的可靠运行,采用氦检漏方法检测核电厂定子冷却水系统的泄漏缺陷。试验结果表明,所提方法能够准确地确定漏点位置从而为维修工作提供支持,可用于核电厂定子冷却水系统的在役检查及失效分析。

       

      Abstract: During normal operation of nuclear power plant generators, hydrogen gas is charged, and its hydrogen leakage rate is one of the main technical indicators for the operation of steam turbine generator units, as well as an important indicator for the safety evaluation of generators. To prevent serious accidents such as excessive oxygen content or hydrogen leakage caused by leakage, ensure the reliable operation of the generator stator winding, helium leakage detection method was used to detect leakage defects in the stator cooling water system of nuclear power plants. The experimental results showed that the proposed method can accurately determine the location of leakage points, provide support for maintenance work, and can be used for in-service inspection and failure analysis of stator cooling water systems in nuclear power plants.
