    超声横波三维成像技术在混凝土结构检测中的应用

    Application of ultrasonic S-wave 3D imaging technology in concrete structure detection

    • 摘要: 超声横波三维成像技术在混凝土结构检测方面取得了良好的应用效果,但对该技术的研究尚不深入。针对隧道管片模块,进行了不同横波速度、发射频率及测试方向的检测试验,研究上述因素对检测结果的影响。结果表明,在结构模型速度设定的偏差量相同的情况下,设定值大于实际速度造成的检测厚度的偏差量更大;当设定速度低于实际速度的30%时,结构内部分辨率也会降低;利用甘利灯转换公式,由纵波速度转换得到的横波速度的精度更高;对同一结构不同深度的检测目标,可采取多频率组合检测的方式获取理想的检测效果;检测方向与内部结构走向正交时,聚焦成像效果最佳,同时应尽量避免检测方向与目标体走向斜交。

       

      Abstract: The ultrasonic shear wave 3D imaging technology has been applied well in concrete structure detection, but the research on this technology is still not deep. In this paper, experiments of different shear wave velocity, transmitting frequency and testing direction were carried out to study the influence of the above factors on the detection results. The results showed that when the deviation of the structural model speed was the same, the deviation of the measured thickness caused by the set value was larger than the actual speed. When the set speed was 30% lower than the actual speed, the internal resolution of the structure also decreased. The shear wave velocity can be obtained by converting P-wave velocity with Gan formula. For detection targets of the same structure at different depths, multi frequency testing will be good. When the test direction was orthogonal to the internal structure, the focusing imaging effect was the best. The oblique survey direction should be avoided, which may cause difficulties in data interpretation.
