High-density image analysis of carbon fiber-phenolic composite material radiographic testing

摘要: 碳纤维/酚醛复合材料是固体火箭发动机喷管耐高温部件的重要材料,从影像形貌、黑度分布规律方面入手,对某产品射线检测中发现的异常高密度影像,进行了总结、分类,并结合产品制备工艺和射线检测方法特点,对部分实物进行了解剖观察和理化分析,确定了异常影像的产生原因为碳纤维团聚、高硅氧纤维掺杂、石块混入等,归纳了影像评判的方法和要素,以为同类产品的缺陷影像识别提供参考。Abstract: Carbon fiber-phenolic composite material is an important material for high-temperature resistant components of solid rocket engine nozzles. This paper summarized the abnormal high-density images found in the radiographic testing of a certain product, summarized and classified the abnormal images from the image morphology and blackness distribution rules, and combined the characteristics of the product preparation process and radiographic testing methods to dissect and observe some physical objects. The causes of abnormal images such as the aggregation of carbon fibers/doping of U-Silica/mixing of stone were summarized. The methods and elements of image evaluation were summarized to provide reference for defect image recognition of similar products.
