Abstract:
As a new manufacturing process of near-net forming, additive manufacturing has a wide range of applications, Its point-by-point fusion process characteristics are prone to defects such as pores and poor bonding. Aiming at the above problems, we studied the imaging plate, metal screen, transillumination voltage, exposure, scanning parameters and so on in the process for CR detection of additive manufacturing materials, and compared the imaging effect of CR and RT, and comprehensively analyzed the advantages and application scope of CR, so as to better guide the testing business.
