    中介轴承剩磁超标的原因及控制方法

    Reasons and control methods for excessive residual magnetism in intermediate bearings

    • 摘要: 某型发动机在定期检查过程中发现轴承间隙超标问题,进行拆解分析排查后发现,中介轴承外钢套和滚珠有磨损痕迹,其原因为外钢套剩磁超标吸附滚珠,使滚珠运动形式由滚动变为滑动,进而严重影响发动机的安全运行,为此,讨论了航空发动机中介轴承剩磁超标的原因及其控制方法。梳理了中介轴承磁粉检测后到装配之间所有能产生强磁场的环节,分析了产生剩磁超标的原因,并通过试验制定了改进措施,以保证装机的中介轴承的剩磁处于标准规定范围内。

       

      Abstract: During the regular inspection process of a certain type of engine, it was found that the bearing clearance exceeded the standard. After disassembly, analysis and investigation, it was found that there were signs of wear on the outer steel sleeve and ball of the intermediate bearing. The reason was that the residual magnetism of the outer steel sleeve exceeded the standard, adsorbing the ball and causing the ball to move from rolling to sliding, seriously affecting the safe operation of the engine. Therefore, this paper mainly discussed the reasons and control methods for the residual magnetism exceeding the standard of the intermediate bearing in aviation engines. We sorted out all the links that can generate strong magnetic fields between magnetic particle testing and assembly of intermediate bearings, analyzed the reasons for the excessive residual magnetism, and developed improvement measures through experiments to ensure that the residual magnetism of the installed intermediate bearings was within the standard range.
