    核电混凝土相控阵超声检测的数值模拟分析

    Numerical simulation analysis of phased array ultrasonic detection of nuclear power concrete

    • 摘要: 基于核电混凝土预设缺陷的相控阵超声检测试验,采用COMSOL软件进行模拟分析和模型的可靠性验证。采用验证后的模拟方法来研究不同相控阵阵列偏转角度和聚焦距离对超声检测的影响。结果表明,相控阵超声检测是一种有效的无损检测方法,COMSOL多物理场模拟软件能够正确模拟声束在缺陷混凝土中的传播规律;相控阵阵列采用不同的声束偏转角度和聚焦距离对检测结果有一定影响。该结论为混凝土检测用相控阵超声探头的工程设计提供了一定参考。

       

      Abstract: Based on the experiments of the phased array ultrasonic testing of preset defects of nuclear power concrete, the simulation analysis of phased array measurement and the reliability verification of the model were verified by COMSOL. Furthermore, the verified simulation method was used to study the influence of different deflection angles and focusing distances of phased array arrays on ultrasonic detection, which provided a reference for the engineering design of ultrasonic phased array probes. The results showed that phased array ultrasonic testing was an effective nondestructive testing method. COMSOL multiphysics simulation software can correctly simulate the propagation of sound beams in defective concrete; The phased array used different beam deflection angles and focusing distances, which have an impact on the detection results. This conclusion provided reference for the engineering design of phased array ultrasonic probes for concrete testing.
