    基于双晶相控阵探头的奥氏体不锈钢检测试验及应用

    Detection experiment and application of austenitic stainless steel based on double crystal phased array probe

    • 摘要: 针对奥氏体不锈钢焊缝,介绍了4种相控阵探头的检测方案,并进行各组声场工艺分析和试验对比,最终确定了双晶线阵/面阵解决方案。该方案具有高穿透能力,降低了声场扭曲影响,另外纵波声束偏转能够激发爬波以覆盖表面,与灵活的扫查架配套,能够很好适应船舶、石油化工和核电等行业奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的超声检测。

       

      Abstract: For austenitic stainless steel welds, this paper introduced four kinds of phased array probe detection schemes, and each group of sound field process analysis and experimental comparison, to seek the research direction of austenitic stainless steel welds ultrasonic detection technology. Finally, a new phased array technology was recommended: double crystal linear array/planar array solution, which provided high penetration and reduced the distortion of the sound field. In addition, the longitudinal wave beam deflection can stimulate the crawling wave to cover the surface, and the flexible scanning frame can be well suited to the ultrasonic testing of austenitic stainless steel welds in shipbuilding, petrochemical and nuclear power industries.
