Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity, fatigue during night work, risk of high-altitude operation, and high radiation intensity for large-scale tank photography personnel, an automatic radiographic detection device for tanks was proposed based on the multi machine joint photography method. By walking on the tank wall through remote control, the radiographic unit can be moved to any position on the tank wall, achieving X-ray transmission function. The device itself had functions such as remote exposure, emergency stop, fault diagnosis, automatic training, radiation detection, environmental lighting, exposure indication, etc. The practical application effect was good, greatly improving the safety of testing personnel and the efficiency of transparency work.
