摘要: 为实现大坝注浆过程的实时可视化检测,采用双通道跨孔雷达和自动定位控制系统,结合实时成像算法对狮子坪大坝的分层注浆过程进行了CT检测,追踪到了浆液扩散呈现的电磁波速和衰减异常,分析了浆液扩散范围及其稳定所需要的时间。通过对注浆前后电磁波速图像和衰减图像进行对比,发现注浆后介质的密实性和防渗性有较大的改善。试验结果表明,双通道跨孔雷达可实现大坝灌浆修复过程中的可视化检测,为坝体注浆过程的工程质量提供了一定保障。Abstract: In order to achieve real-time visualization detection of the grouting process of the dam, a dual channel cross hole radar and automatic positioning control system were applied, combined with real-time imaging algorithms, to conduct CT detection of the layered grouting process of the Shiziping Dam. The electromagnetic wave velocity and attenuation anomalies presented by the slurry diffusion were tracked, and the range of slurry diffusion and the time required for stability were analyzed. By comparing the electromagnetic wave velocity images and attenuation images before and after grouting, it was found that there was a significant improvement in the compactness and impermeability of the medium after grouting. The experimental results showed that the dual channel cross hole radar can achieve visual detection during the dam grouting repair process, providing assurance for the engineering quality of dam grouting process.
