Abstract: The process methods of ultrasonic testing specified GB/T 41655—2022 《Non-destructive testing—Ultrasonic testing—Technique of testing claddings produced by welding, rolling and explosion》 were introduced. The selection of probes in ultrasonic testing system, the determination of focus area of double crystal focusing normal (angle) probe, the design of testing block, the setting of sensitivity and testing range were emphatically introduced. The Operability of the standard is introduced to provide reference for the establishment of procedures and practical operation of testers.
