    蒸汽发生器传热管的凹痕尺寸测量

    Dent dimension measurement technique for heat transfer tubes of steam generator

    • 摘要: 压水堆核岛主设备蒸汽发生器传热管在制造安装过程中易产生凹痕,要对凹痕进行残余应力分析、壁厚损失计算和运行寿命评估等工作,须获得凹痕的深度、长度和宽度等关键尺寸信息。针对已安装的传热管系密集和蒸汽发生器壳体限制导致凹痕尺寸无法直接测量的问题,提出了一种利用视频内窥镜测量凹痕深度、同轴线圈内穿涡流测量凹痕长度及阵列内穿涡流测量凹痕宽度的方法。该方法为传热管凹痕的定量分析提供了依据,为后续核岛主设备热交换器传热管凹痕质量问题的处理累积了宝贵经验。

       

      Abstract: The ding/dent may be generated in heat transfer tubes of PWR stream generator during the manufacturing and installation process, the dimension of ding/dent including its depth, length and width should be provided if residual stress analysis, wall thickness loss calculation and operational life assessment are carried out. This paper described a method for measuring the depth of ding/dent using video endoscopy, measuring the length of ding/dent using internal bobbin eddy current technique, and measuring the width of ding/dent using internal phase array eddy current technique, in response to the tubes were already installed and cannot be directly measured due to the geometric configuration limitations of the steam generator. This dimension measurement technique provided a basis for quantitative analysis of the tube ding/dent and accumulates valuable experience for the similar quality problem of heat exchanger of nuclear power plant.
