    交流电磁场检测技术现场应用的影响因素

    Influencing factors of on-site application of ACFM technology

    • 摘要: 对交流电磁场检测技术现场应用的部分影响因素进行了探究。利用仿真技术分析了电导率、磁导率、缺陷长度、缺陷深度、提离高度以及缺陷埋藏深度等因素对交流电磁场检测结果的影响规律,并进行公式拟合。通过试验验证了仿真结果及拟合公式的可靠性,为交流电磁场检测现场应用提供了一定参考。

       

      Abstract: This paper explored some influencing factors of AC electromagnetic field detection technology. By using simulation, the influence of factors such as conductivity, magnetic permeability, defect length, defect depth, lift-off height, and defect burial depth on the results of AC electromagnetic field testing was studied, and formula fitting was perfomed. The reliability of simulation results and fitting formulas through test blocks were verified, providing reference for setting AC electromagnetic field detection parameters.
