Corrosion identification of oil field water injection well string based on ultrasonic reflection method

摘要: 为了延长油田注水井管柱使用寿命,提高油田采收率,提出基于超声波反射法的油田注水井管柱腐蚀的识别方法。首先,采用超声波反射法采集油田注水井管柱的超声波检测信号;然后,利用小波分析消除信号噪声,并从时域和频域提取信号特征;最后将信号特征输入SVM(支持向量机)分类器中,根据分类器输出的信号特征分类结果,实现油田注水井管柱腐蚀识别。试验结果表明,所提方法识别性能强、识别准确率高。Abstract: In order to extend the service life of oilfield water injection well tubing and improve oilfield recovery efficiency, a method based on ultrasonic reflection method for identifying oilfield water injection well tubing corrosion was proposed. Firstly, the ultrasonic reflection method was used to collect the ultrasonic signal of oilfield water injection well tubing. Then, wavelet analysis was used to eliminate signal noise and extract signal features from both time-domain and frequency-domain perspectives. Finally, the signal features were input into the SVM classifier, and based on the classification results of the signal features output by the classifier, the corrosion identification of the oil field water injection well string was achieved. The experimental results showed that the proposed method had strong recognition performance and high recognition rate.
