高压电缆铅封附件缺陷的涡流检测

摘要: 高压电缆铅封附件缺陷不仅会发生在附件外部,还会发生在内部,全面检测较为困难且准确性不高。针对这一问题,研究一种高压电缆铅封附件缺陷的涡流检测方法。将涡流检测设备置于高压电缆铅封附件上方,利用涡流传感器采集电信号并对其进行滤波,去除信号中的噪声。提取电信号中的两种特征(边际谱特征和Mel倒谱系数)组成特征集。以特征为输入,利用改进随机森林算法计算每种缺陷发生的概率,确定缺陷类型。结果表明,所述方法在不同类型缺陷检测中的交并比达到最值,均在0.8以上,检测准确率较高。Abstract: The defects can appear in seal accessories of high-voltage cables not only externally but also internally. It is difficult and inaccurate to conduct full defect detection. Aiming at this problem, a defect detection method of high-voltage cable lead seal accessories based on eddy current detection technology was studied. The eddy current defect detection equipment was placed above the lead seal accessories of high-voltage cables. The eddy current sensor was used to collect electrical signals and filter them to remove the noise in the signals. Two kinds of features in the electrical signals (the marginal spectrum feature and Mel cepstrum coefficient)were extracted to form a feature set. With the feature as input, the probability of each defect was calculated by using the improved random forest algorithm, and the defect type was determined. The results showed that the intersection to union ratio of the proposed method reached its maximum in different types of defect detection, all of which were above 0.8, indicating high detection accuracy.
