    基于锁相红外热成像技术的电力设备防护涂层质量检测

    Quality detection of protective coating for power equipment based on lock-in infrared thermography

    • 摘要: 为解决输变电设备外绝缘表面防护涂层质量检测难题,基于锁相红外热成像技术,自主研制了一款锁相红外热成像设备并进行检测试验。研制的系统采用LED(发光二极管)作为热激励源,具有启动时间短、寿命长、加热更均匀等优点。经试验验证,该锁相红外热成像系统可检测出防护涂层内部异物、防护涂层不均匀等问题,同时可以实现防护涂层厚度的测量,有望为防护涂层质量检测提供一种新方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of protective oating on the external insulation surface of power transmission and transformation equipment, lock-in infrared thermography was used for testing. We independently developed a lock-in infrared thermography device LED as thermal excitation source ha the advantages of short start-up time, long service life, uniform heating. The experimental results showed that the phase-locked infrared thermal wave imaging system can detect the internal foreign matter and uneven protective coating, and the thickness of protective coating can be measured. It verified the reliability of lock-in infrared thermography technology for the quality inspection of protective coating, and provided a new method for the quality inspection of protective coating.
