摘要: 地铁隧道盾构管片壁受工作环境中的腐蚀性离子作用,会产生腐蚀破坏,给隧道安全带来隐患,甚至可能减少隧道服役寿命,为此有必要对地铁隧道盾构管片壁进行检测。笔者结合合成孔径聚焦超声成像技术,对管片壁厚腐蚀破坏程度进行检测。首先,构建正演模型,对混凝土腐蚀结构进行有限元仿真分析,分析混凝土结构不同腐蚀程度对超声成像结果的影响;然后,分别对素混凝土平台和盾构管片构件进行检测试验。试验结果表明,超声成像技术可以快速、准确地实现素混凝土和盾构管片腐蚀状况的检测,可作为一种有效方法应用于地铁隧道工程检测中。Abstract: Due to the ion interaction in the working environment, the shield tunnel segment wall of the subway tunnel can corrosion damage, increase the safety hazards of the tunnel and may reduce the service life of the tunnel. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect the shield tunnel segment wall of the subway tunnel. The author synthetic aperture focused ultrasoun imaging technology to detect the degree of corrosion damage the wall thickness of the pipe segment. Firstly, a forward model and finite element simulation analysis on concrete corroded structureshe impact of different corrosion levels on ultrasonic imaging results of concrete structures Then, the plain concrete platform and shield tunnel segment components separately. The experimental results indicate that ultrasonic imaging technology can quickly and accurately detect the corrosion status of plain concrete and shield tunnel segments, providing an efficient and accurate quality and safety detection method for subway tunnel construction projects.
