预应力索孔道注浆密实度检测技术及其应用

摘要: 轨道交通的桥梁预应力索孔道内注浆密实度会影响结构的承载力和耐久性,因此预应力索孔道注浆密实度的无损检测成为结构安全运营的关键。从理论上分析了应力波检测桥梁预应力索孔道内注浆密实度的原理和方法,开展了试验梁的冲击回波法检测试验,并结合实际工程进行测试。试验结果表明,所提方法可对桥梁预应力索孔道注浆密实度进行检测,钻孔内窥镜法的验证结果与测试结果一致,该方法具有较好的适用性。Abstract: The density of grouting in the prestressed ducts of rail transit bridges can affect the bearing capacity and durability of the structure. Therefore, nondestructive testing of the density of grouting in prestressed cable ducts has become the key to the safe operation of the structure. The authors theoretically analyzed the principle and method of stress wave detection of grouting compactness in prestressed ducts of bridges, conducted impact echo detection tests on experimental beams, and conducted tests in combination with practical engineering. The experimental results indicated that the proposed method can detect the grouting density of bridge prestressed cable ducts, and the results verified by the borehole endoscope method were consistent with the test results. This method had good applicability.
