全自动轮毂焊缝相控阵检测系统的研制

Development of automatic phased array inspection system for wheel hub welds

  • 摘要: 为提高汽车轮毂的检测效率和降低检测成本,依据轮毂激光焊缝的结构特点,设计了一套全自动汽车轮毂焊缝相控阵检测系统。其采用轮毂卧式自转、相控阵电子扫描的扫查方式来识别缺陷区域与焊缝熔深区域。该系统可实现全型号轮毂的全自动输送、全自动上下料和全自动检测,无需人工操作,检测效率高;中空水浸池结构可实现非接触式水浸耦合,相控阵探头磨损为零,大大降低了检测成本,并且核心零部件不用浸泡水中,可靠性好。采用检测样轮进行检出率和准确率验证。结果表明,该系统能快速高效地对直径不大于680 mm的汽车轮毂内部激光焊缝进行全自动超声C扫描成像检测,预制缺陷检出率为100%。
    Abstract: In order to improve the detection efficiency and reduce the detection cost, a set of phased array detection system of automatic automotive wheel hub welds was designed according to the structural characteristics of the laser welds. The scanning mode of hub horizontal rotation and phased array electronic scanning was used to identify the defect area and weld penetration. The system realized fully automatic conveying, automatic loading and unloading and automatic detection of all types of hubs, without manual operation, and had high detection efficiency. The hollow water immersion tank structure can realize non-contact water immersion coupling, phased array probe wear was zero, which greatly reduced the detection cost, and the core components did not need to be immersed in water, which had good reliability. The test sample wheel was used to verify the detection rate and accuracy. The test results showed that the system can quickly and efficiently detect the laser weld inside the automobile wheel hub with a diameter of not more than 680 mm, the detection rate of prefabricated defects was 100%.
