Length of one transillumination calculation in pipeline welds based on DDA detection method

摘要: 以数字探测器阵列(DDA)检测技术为研究对象,对压力管道数字射线检测中的纵缝透照、环焊缝中心透照、环焊缝源在外双壁单影透照、环焊缝源在内单壁单影透照的一次透照长度进行了推导计算,为压力管道焊缝的DDA检测提供理论和实践依据。Abstract: Taking the digital detector array (DDA) detection technology as the research object, length of one transillumination of longitudinal seam transillumination, girth weld center transillumination, girth weld source external double-wall single shadow transillumination, girth weld source inside single wall single shadow transillumination in digital X-ray inspection of pressure pipeline were deduced and calculated, which provided a theoretical basis for the DDA detection of pressure pipeline welds.
