Reliability prediction of nondestructive testing instrument

  • 摘要: 为了实现无损检测仪器研制阶段的可靠性评价,在样机设计及研制过程中开展了可靠性预计方法的探索,通过进行可靠性建模和数学计算,获得了可靠性预计值。结果表明,可靠性预计可以实现可靠性指标符合性的初步评估,进而为仪器研制阶段的可靠性设计优化提供参考。
    Abstract: In order to realize the reliability evaluation in the development stage of the nondestructive testing instrument, the exploration of reliability prediction method was carried out in the process of prototype design and development, and the reliability prediction value was obtained through reliability modeling and mathematical calculation. The result show that the reliability prediction can realize the preliminary evaluation of the reliability index compliance, and then provided a reference for the reliability design optimization in the instrument development stage.
