    微焦点DR成像技术在索类火工品制造检测中的应用

    Application of microfocus DR imaging technology in manufacturing inspection of cable type pyrotechnics

    • 摘要: 开展了带状、盘状等多类型索类火工品工件内部缺陷的X射线实时成像检测。针对带状样品,通过带状样品移动台齿轮机构的传输,实现对样品位移的高精度控制,最终实现了样品的多角度检测,解决了大直径柔性导爆索的内部结构、装药密度以及缺陷的检测;针对盘状样品,通过盘状样品旋转台的高精度偏转机构,实现了样品的±45°偏转,解决了小直径柔性导爆索样品多角度的内部结构、装药密度以及缺陷的检测,有望为索类火工品制造过程的DR检测提供一些参考。

       

      Abstract: By conducting X-ray real-time imaging testing on cable type pyrotechnics, nondestructive testing of internal defects in multiple types of workpieces such as rods, cables, and discs was solved. For the ribbon sample, high-precision control of sample displacement was achieved through the gear mechanism transmission of the ribbon sample moving platform. The ribbon sample moving platform can deflect within ±45° along the X-axis, achieving multi angle detection of the samples and solving the internal structure, charge density, and defect detection of large-diameter flexible detonating cords. For disc shaped samples, a high-precision deflection mechanism of the disc shaped sample rotation table was used to achieve ±45° deflection of the sample, solving the problem of multi angle internal structure, charge density, and defect detection of small-diameter flexible detonating cord samples. It wasexpected to provide some reference for DR detection in the manufacturing process of cable typepyrotechnics.
