    焊缝的电磁超声Lamb波检测

    Electromagnetic ultrasonic Lamb wave detection of weld

    • 摘要: 基于CIVA仿真平台,以常用金属薄板焊缝为研究对象,优化EMAT (电磁超声技术)参数,对材料中Lamb波声场分布和人工缺陷的检测效果开展了建模仿真分析和试验验证,并对比了自发自收式和一发一收式EMAT检测焊缝缺陷的效果。结果表明,仿真优化后的EMAT对缺陷具有较高的分辨能力,对几种厚为3~6 mm的船舶常用金属材料对接焊缝缺陷较敏感;一发一收式的EMAT检测方法稳定性更强,检测效率和分辨力更高,适用于薄板焊缝的快速检测。

       

      Abstract: Based on the CIVA simulation platform, the common metal sheet welds were taken as the research object, the EMAT parameters were optimized, modeling, simulation analysis and experimental research on the distribution of Lamb wave sound field in materials and the detection effect of artificial defects were carried out, and the effects of pulse-echo mode pitch-catch mode by using EMAT in detecting weld defects were compared. The results show that the EMAT optimized by simulation has high resolution ability to defects, and is very sensitive to the defects of butt welding of several common metal materials of 3-6mm ships. The EMAT detection method based on pitch-catch mode has stronger stability, higher detection efficiency and resolution, it is suitable for rapid detection of thin plate welds.
