    基于正交试验的X射线衍射法残余应力测量效率优化

    Optimization of residual stress measurement efficiency by X-ray diffraction method based on orthogonal test

    • 摘要: 对某型残余应力测量仪进行分析,采用正交试验设计,通过均值、方差及极差分析了ψ角个数、准直器直径、摇摆角度等3个因素对残余应力测量数据精确度、稳定性及测量时间的影响。结果表明:对于测量数据的准确性、稳定性,ψ角个数的影响较大,摇摆角度的影响最小;对于测量效率,ψ角个数的影响最大,准直器直径、摇摆角度的影响较小;钢及铸铁类的光滑平面试样在ψ角个数为9个、准直器直径为3 mm、摇摆角度为3°的测量参数下,测量数据准确性、稳定性及效率较高。

       

      Abstract: A certain type of residual stress measurement instrument was analyzed,based on orthogonal experimental arrangement, mean, variance and range different analysis was used to analyze the influence of three factors such as the number of angle ψ, the diameter of the collimator and the swing angle on the accuracy, stability and measurement time of the residual stress measurement data. Experimental results show that for the accuracy and stability of the measured data, the number of angle ψ had a greater impact, and meanwhile the swing angle had the smallest impact. For measurement efficiency, the influence of the number of angles ψ was the largest, and the influence of the collimator diameter and swing angle was small. To the smooth plane specimens of steel and cast iron, the accuracy, stability and efficiency of the measurement data were high when the number of angle ψ was 9, the diameter of the collimator was 3 mm, and the swing angle was 3°.
