Analysis of influence parameters of electromagnetic method for defect detection in oil and gas pipelines

摘要: 介绍电磁法检测金属管道缺陷的原理,搭建试验台验证电磁法检测油气管道缺陷的可行性,对电磁法检测金属管道的影响因素进行试验分析,主要包括激励电流、频率、提离高度、缺陷位置和缺陷类型等。试验结果可为后期传感器优化及实际工况作业提供技术支撑,可为具有包覆层金属管道的缺陷检测提供参考。Abstract: This paper introduces the principle of defect detection of metal pipelines by using electromagnetic method, builds a test bench to verify the feasibility of defect detection of metal pipelines by using electromagnetic method and carries out experimental analysis on the influencing factors of metal pipeline detection by using electromagnetic method, mainly including excitation current, frequency, lift-off height, defect location and defect type. The test results can provide technical support for later sensor optimization and inspection in actual working conditions, which can provide reference for defect detection of metal pipes with coating.
