    基于几何变形数据分析的管道漏磁内检测可行性研究

    Feasibility study of pipeline MFL internal inspection based ongeometric deformation data analysis

    • 摘要: 介绍了几何变形内检测的基本原理和信号特点;利用信号上凸、下凹一致性原则,研究了管道本体变形和附件异常的识别技巧;分析了变形缺陷导致的通球风险,并提出处理措施,有望为几何变形信号识别和内检测安全实施提供技术支持。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the basic principle and signal characteristics of geometric deformation internal inspection. Based on the consistency principle of convex and concave signals, the identification techniques of pipeline body deformation and attachment abnormality are studied. The implementation risk caused by deformation defects is also analyzed, and the treatment measures are put forward. Above study is expected to provide technical support for the identification of geometric deformation signals and the safe implementation of internal inspection in the future.
