摘要: 为研究冲击回波法在套筒灌浆质量检测中的可行性和适用性,对冲击回波法进行理论分析和试验研究。结果表明冲击回波法能较好地应用于套筒灌浆密实度的检测。通过实际工程进行验证,进一步证明了冲击回波法在套筒灌浆检测中具有良好的应用前景。在试验和实际工程中发现,套筒直径、埋深和边界等易对检测结果造成影响,提出采用人工智能(AI)的辅助检测方法来优化上述影响,提高了缺陷检出率。Abstract: In order to study the feasibility and applicability of the impact echo method in the quality inspection of sleeve grouting, theoretical analysis and experimental research were carried out on the impact echo method. The results show that the impact echo method can be well applied to the detection of sleeve grouting compactness. Through the verification of the actual project, it is further confirmed that the impact echo method has a good application prospect in the detection of sleeve grouting. It is found in experiments and practical projects that the diameter, buried depth and boundary of the sleeve are easy to affect the detection results. An artificial intelligence (AI) aided detection method is proposed to optimize the above effects to improve the defect detection rate.
