    钛合金锻坯的相控阵超声自动检测

    Automatic phased array ultrasonic testing of titanium alloy forging billets

    • 摘要: 基于相控阵超声聚焦原理,通过仿真分析、理论声场数学模型以及基于图像插值的声场试验相结合的方法,对钛合金锻坯的线阵相控阵超声自动化检测方法进行了研究。结果表明,结合理论声场计算模型与声场测试试验,可以选用合适的参数准确检测厚度为2.5~300 mm的钛合金锻坯。

       

      Abstract: Based on the phased array ultrasonic focusing principle, the automatic linear phased array ultrasonic detection method for titanium alloy forging billet is studied by combining simulation analysis, theoretical acoustic field mathematical model and sound field testing based on image interpolation. The results show that suitable parameters can be selected to accurately detect titanium alloy forging billet with the thickness of 2. 5-300 mm by combining theoretical sound field calculation model and sound field testing.
