    油气管道裂纹涡流检测探头的研制

    Development of eddy current probe for crack inspection of oil and gas pipelines

    • 摘要: 分析了基于涡流传感技术的油气管道裂纹检测机理,开发了一种裂纹检测系统,研制不同结构参数的检测探头,对含裂纹试件进行扫查。试验结果表明,环形激励线圈的高度和匝数对探头的检测能力影响显著,减小线圈高度、增加匝数有利于提高探头的裂纹检测性能;研制的涡流检测探头可实现宽1 mm裂纹的有效检出。

       

      Abstract: Crack inspection mechanism for oil and gas pipelines based on eddy current sensing technology was analyzed. Experimental system for crack detection was developed, and the probes with different structural parameters were developed and used for cracked specimens scanning. The results show that the height and number of turns of the toroidal excitation coil have a significant impact on the inspection capability of the probe, and reducing the height of the coil and increasing the number of turns were conducive to the improvement the crack inspection performance of the probes. Besides, the developed eddy current detection probe can achieve 1 mm wide crack inspection.
