Sensitivity comparison of environment-friendly water-based fluorescence penetrant

  • 摘要: 使用国内外现有水基荧光渗透液对裂纹参考试块和人工缺陷试块进行检测,对比了国内外几种型号水基荧光渗透液的灵敏度,分析了水基渗透液的优点和缺点,探讨了水基荧光渗透液在航空领域应用的可行性,可供同行参考。
    Abstract: Reference test blocks and artifactitious defect blocks were inspected by different type of internal and external water base fluorescent penetrant. The results of the sensitivity were analyzed and contrasted to different internal and external water base fluorescent penetrant. The advantage and disadvantage of water base fluorescent penetrant were concluded, and the feasibility about that water base fluorescent penetrant is used in aerostatical field was discussed. The result may be referred by craft brothers.
