Identification of nonrelevant indications in penetrant testing of sealing welds betweensteam generator tubesheet and heat exchange tube

摘要: 结合蒸汽发生器管板与换热管密封焊缝的焊接工艺,分析了渗透检测非相关显示产生的原因,采用非相关显示甄别技术,清除了密封焊缝处的非相关显示,提高了密封焊缝渗透检测的可靠性,避免了不必要的焊接返修,为核电主设备同类产品的渗透检测提供参考。Abstract: Combined with sealing weld manufacturing process of the steam generator tubesheet and heat exchange tube, the causes of the nonrelevant indication of penetration testing are analyzed, and the nonrelevant indication identification technology is used to remove the nonrelevant indication at the sealing weld, improve the reliability of the penetration testing of the sealing weld, avoid unnecessary weld reworking, and provide a reference for the penetration testing of similar products of nuclear power main equipments.
