Abstract:
Combined with sealing weld manufacturing process of the steam generator tubesheet and heat exchange tube, the causes of the nonrelevant indication of penetration testing are analyzed, and the nonrelevant indication identification technology is used to remove the nonrelevant indication at the sealing weld, improve the reliability of the penetration testing of the sealing weld, avoid unnecessary weld reworking, and provide a reference for the penetration testing of similar products of nuclear power main equipments.
