    板型核燃料元件包壳内芯体边界识别与定位检测系统

    • 摘要: 芯体定位检测技术是保证产品质量的关键方法,为了满足工程化应用需求,采用X射线数字成像技术,设计开发机械运动机构(包括自动上下料、X射线扫描运动机构等)、图像处理算法(包括图像失真的矫正、芯体轮廓和离散颗粒的识别)、芯体定位算法等,建立了用于板型燃料元件芯体边界识别的芯体自动定位系统,研制了检测设备,实现了板型燃料元件芯体的自动定位检测。

       

      Abstract: Core positioning detection technology is a key method to ensure product quality. In order to meet the requirements of engineering applications, X-ray digital imaging technology, mechanical motion mechanisms (including automatic feeding and unloading, X-ray scanning motion mechanisms, etc.), image processing algorithms (including image distortion correction, core contour and discrete particle identification), core positioning algorithms, etc, an automatic core positioning system for plate fuel element core boundary recognition is established, and the detection equipment is developed to realize the automatic core positioning detection of plate fuel element.
