Control of geometric unsharpness in digital radiography

摘要: 从射线检测实际出发,分析了影响几何不清晰度的主要参数,就目前广泛应用的数字射线成像检测技术,探讨了成像器件与工件无法紧贴放置时,几何透照条件中焦距的控制要求,并推导出曲面工件表面到探测器距离的精确计算公式,为射线检测人员优化检测工艺提供指导。Abstract: From the perspective of practical radiographic testing, the main parameters affecting the geometric unsharpness is analyzed. Especially for the widely used digital radiography at present, the control requirements of focal distance under the condition of geometric transillumination is discussed when the detector cannot be placed closely with the object, the accurate calculation formula of the distance between the surface of curved object and the detector is derived, and a guidance for examiners to optimize the testing process is provided.
