    某型车用齿轮电子束焊缝相控阵超声自动化检测系统的设计

    Design of phased array ultrasonic automatic inspection system for a type ofautomobile gear electron beam welding seam

    • 摘要: 针对某型号车用变速箱齿轮电子束焊缝,通过对比传统目视检测以及常规超声检测方法的局限性,结合相控阵超声检测理论,提出了一种用自聚焦线阵探头配合短前沿楔块进行相控阵超声无损检测的方法,设计了一套针对该种齿轮焊缝检测的自动化相控阵超声检测系统。该系统30s内即可自动完成一个齿轮焊缝的全记录成像检测、焊缝缺陷自动分析识别、缺陷工件自动剔除分选等全流程操作,并在某汽配厂现场进行了实际运用。结合射线检测、渗透检测以及破坏性解剖等方法对该系统性能进行了二次验证。验证结果表明该系统在该型号车用齿轮焊缝检测上具有实用性和准确性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the electron beam welding seam of a certain type of vehicle transmission gear, by comparing the limitations of traditional visual inspection and conventional ultrasonic inspection methods, and combining with the phased array ultrasonic inspection theory, a phased array ultrasonic nondestructive inspection method using a self focusing linear array probe and a short front wedge is proposed, and an automatic phased array ultrasonic inspection system for this kind of gear welding seam is designed. The system can automatically complete all process operations including full record imaging detection of a gear weld, automatic analysis and identification of weld defects, automatic removal and sorting of defective workpieces within 30 seconds, and it has been applied in an automobile parts factory. Combining with the methods including radiographic testing, penetrant testing, and destructive dissection, the secondary verification was carried out. The verification results show that the system is practical and accurate in the welding seam detection of this type of vehicle gear.
